Description
Trek to one of Lebanon’s last remaining artisanal goat’s cheese producers set in a literal off-the-beaten path ‘jerd’ or outback. We’ll enjoy a mild hike (optional), as well as lunch with the shepherds and get to learn all about the processes and the people behind it.
