Bethany Kehdy, founder of Taste Lebanon and Taste WANA and best-selling cookbook author of The Jewelled Kitchen and The Jewelled Table, often hosts cookery classes and supper-clubs celebrating classic and modern West Asian, North African and Mediterranean cuisine.
